Effective July 2026. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to deliver what you asked for and to market our own products to you, we never sell it, and you can unsubscribe or ask for deletion anytime.
01 — What we collect
What you give us: name, email, phone, brokerage, and answers you submit through our forms, surveys, and booking calendar (processed via HighLevel). Payments: handled by Stripe via our payment provider — card details go to Stripe, not to us. Automatic: standard analytics via the Meta Pixel (page views, checkout events) and Cloudflare's hosting logs. You can limit pixel tracking through your browser or Meta's ad settings.
02 — How we use it
To deliver purchases and requested materials, respond to applications and bookings, send the emails you signed up for (each one identifies us and carries an unsubscribe option, per Canada's anti-spam law), improve the products, and run our own advertising. We share data only with the processors that make this work — HighLevel, Stripe, Google Workspace, Meta, Cloudflare, Telegram (internal alerts) — each under their own safeguards. We do not sell or rent your information, and agent-facing lists are kept separate from real-estate client lists.
03 — Your controls
Unsubscribe: click or reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any email — processed within 10 business days, usually same-day. Access, correction, or deletion of your information: email matt@ownsomething.ca and we'll act within a reasonable time, subject to records we're legally required to keep (like purchase records). We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes. This site is for working professionals and not directed at minors.
