01 — Who you're dealing with

These products and services are sold by Matt Brevner Personal Real Estate Corporation, operating as Own Something, 500-666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 3P6, Canada ("we", "me"). Payments are processed by Stripe through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

02 — What you're buying

Digital products (AGENT OS): delivered by email after payment. You receive a personal, single-user license: use it in your own practice or team as much as you like, but don't resell, redistribute, or share the files, snapshot, or vault access.

Courses (THE NEWSROOM): one seat per purchase. Live-session recordings are for enrolled members only and remain accessible to you after the cohort ends.

Services (THE INSTALL): governed by a separate written service agreement issued after your fit call. Nothing is owed by either side until that agreement is signed.

03 — The honesty clause

Everything on this site describes systems from my own working real estate practice. My results are mine. Yours will depend on your market, your effort, and your execution. Nothing here is a promise of income, legal advice, accounting advice, or brokerage compliance advice — check product marketing rules with your own brokerage and regulator.

04 — The boring but real parts

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy. We may update products and these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. If any single clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
