Effective July 2026. Plain rules, honored fast. All refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days of approval.
01 — AGENT OS ($197/$297)
Install it for real, and if it isn't as described, email matt@ownsomething.ca within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund you. "Installed it for real" means you imported the snapshot or worked through the vault — not that the zip sat unopened. I'm a licensed professional in a small industry; I'd rather refund you than argue with you.
02 — THE NEWSROOM (founding cohort, $497)
Full refund any time up to 24 hours before the first live session, no questions. After session one begins, seats are non-refundable — recordings and materials are delivered and the cohort is capped, so your seat can't be resold. If I ever reschedule the cohort start by more than 30 days, you may take a full refund instead.
03 — THE INSTALL (done-for-you)
The application and fit call are free. Setup fees and the monthly retainer are governed by your written service agreement; the monthly is cancelable anytime and the setup work is yours to keep, exactly as the sales page says.
04 — How to ask
Email matt@ownsomething.ca from your purchase address with "REFUND" in the subject and your order email or receipt. A human (me) reads it. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under British Columbia consumer law.
